The opportunity An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Supervisor to join a well-established and growing accounting firm. Working with a diverse portfolio of clients, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality accounting and taxation services, managing client relationships, and providing technical guidance to junior team members. Role responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse portfolio of Business Services clients across a range of industries. Prepare and review financial statements, income tax returns, and other compliance obligations. Deliver high-quality accounting, taxation, and advisory services to clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to junior team members. Review work completed by team members to ensure accuracy and compliance. Manage workflow, deadlines, and client deliverables to ensure timely completion. Stay up to date with changes in taxation legislation, accounting standards, and industry developments. Support Partners and Managers with client management, business development, and team leadership initiatives. Ideally, you’ll have CA or CPA qualification (or be nearing completion). 5 years' experience within Business Services and Tax in a public practice environment. Strong technical knowledge of Australian taxation legislation and accounting standards. Proven experience reviewing work and mentoring junior team members. Excellent communication and client relationship management skills. Why join?
